What You Should Know If You Have An Accident in Austin
There are certain things that you should keep in mind if ever you experience a car accident. Most victims of car accidents tend to be unaware of the things that need to be done in order to get fair compensation. Here are several things that you need to know after experiencing an accident.
Know your monetary damages! If you are living in Austin, it is necessary that you know the different monetary damages that can be entitled to you according to the law. Some of the common types of damages that you may be entitled to are: lost wages, permanent or temporary disability, medical expenses, damage to your car or vehicle, and the pain and suffering that you have to endure.
Seek medical treatment as soon as possible! Seeking medical treatment as soon as possible will not only help you treat your injuries, but it can also help you in getting a better compensation from your insurance provider. It is advisable that you seek medical help from a doctor immediately so that your insurance provider can't hold your situation against you.
Attend all the appointments made by the physician! It is also necessary that you attend the therapies and appointments made by your doctor. Attending these prescribed therapies will not only help you recover from your physical disabilities and injuries, but it will also give you a better chance of getting more from the settlement.
Never trust your insurance company adjuster! Most people would think that their insurance adjuster can be considered as their friend or ally in facing their settlement. However, these adjusters are paid to do their job, and that is to convince the clients to settle their case for only a small amount. This means that these adjusters will usually not consider whether the compensation is fair or not for their clients.
Be mindful of what you say to the insurance Company! It is necessary for you to be very careful in what you say to your insurance provider since these things can be used against you by the company. Because of this, you may want to seek advice before talking to your insurance provider on how to relay or describe the things that happened during the accident.

What People Are Saying About Us
I had never experienced a auto accident before.
So when I was in a car accident in Austin, things got pretty ugly for me. I had been rear ended and my back and neck were causing me pain after the accident. So much that I started to worry. I had seen the MD after and all he prescribed me were pain meds. First thing, I am only into naturopathic medicine and the thought of taking any sort of drug made me worried out of my mind. But I took them to get rid of the pain. After I took the meds for a week, the pain was still there. I didn't know what to do about covering my bills from the doctor or how the insurance even worked. So I did some research and found OHC, with one call they set me up with treatment for my back and handled all my insurance information, and even arranged a lawyer to handle my case. I didn't pay anything for what they did for me. They told me what they were processing and what to do when you are in a car accident. With treatment my back and neck pain ended. They assisted me out through this hard time.

I needed help with my chronic BACK PAIN
After an accident a few years ago I hurt my back. I started having weird sharp pains in my body. I would be sitting at work and I would have sharp stabbing pains in my side or arm. It was very painful. I had it after a night of sharp pains that lasted over four hours. It was so painful I couldn't sleep, eat, I couldn't do anything, I was immobile. I found Optimum Health Care online and I set up an appointment. I started rehabilitation, the chiropractor said that my nerves were being pinched and needed to be realigned. I didn't care about what I had to do, I just wanted it gone! I started treatment/therapy and was told do exercises, realignment, stress reduction, and I would start to feel better. I did everything I was told. Within 3 weeks I had less and less sharp pains.. I could sit at work on the computer and not feel the horrible pains anymore- I WAS BETTER! I was ecstatic. I go to the Optimum Health Care Dallas clinic twice a week to this day and have never felt better!
